Everything is in bloom right now hope it stays that way when it gets to be 115 in the shade anything may happen to these poor little guys!! Speaking of the heat I was telling Tina today that I think I should have a “It’s TOO damn hot to be here sale” at Bowie Trade Days next month…why? Because it will be.
I called my daughter last weekend to tell HER about this party because she is a blogger and I know she likes artsy things. I didn’t think about doing it for MYSELF because I didn’t have a blog. THEN, today, she shows up and starts taking pictures all over the place and here I am making up a blog for a party I haven’t even been invited to!
Oh well. That’s life. Better to join the party late than not at all.

If you came out to visit, you would see this first – Lelon’s backward sign – Ya’ll Welcome – I mean, really, how backwards can you be and we are from TEXAS! It’s Welcome Y’all! And then you would see a flagstone path up to the garden and the ramp we put in after the two of us decided we were getting too old for stairs.
I love spring before it gets hotter than hell here in Texas. Here’s a concrete goose I’ve had forever. I can’t even remember where I got it I’ve had it so long.
